Content is published on an "as is" basis from official notifications and public sources. We do not warrant that every detail is complete, current or error-free. For recruitment, examinations, schemes and official processes, the relevant government or organisation notification always prevails.

This website may link to official and third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or policies. Visiting an external website is at your own discretion.

Many Photo, PDF and document utilities are designed to process files locally inside your browser. Where a tool states that processing is local, the selected file is not intentionally uploaded to or stored in the GovtKaJob database by that tool. Users remain responsible for protecting confidential files, keeping backups and reviewing downloaded output before relying on it.

• Document editing, OCR, conversion and annotation tools are general-purpose utilities and do not certify, authenticate or validate any document.
• Editing a file does not make the resulting document official, genuine, legally valid or accepted by any government authority, employer, school, bank or other organisation.
• OCR and automated conversion can contain recognition, formatting, font, position or data errors. Users must verify the final document themselves.

• Do not use any tool to forge, falsify or deceptively alter certificates, marksheets, identity documents, Aadhaar-related records, licences, financial records, government documents or other official records.

• Do not remove or alter signatures, seals, security features, ownership notices or material information where doing so would violate law or another person's rights.
• Do not process files containing another person's confidential or personal information unless you have a lawful right or permission to do so.
• Do not use the tools to infringe copyright, distribute unlawful material, malware or content that violates applicable law.

• Verify eligibility, dates and fees from the official notification before applying.
• Check all generated, edited, converted or OCR-processed files before submitting or sharing them.
• Maintain your own original files and backups; do not rely on a browser tool as permanent storage.
• Use the website and its tools in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of other people.
• Do not use the website to mislead others or spread false recruitment or official information.

The layout, design, original text and branding of GovtKaJob belong to us. Government notifications, organisation names, logos and documents belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages, but bulk copying or republishing our original content without permission is not allowed.

• Automated scraping, crawling or copying that burdens or disrupts the service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel, database, accounts or infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, spam or unlawful content.
